A minimum of one year of related experience in the SMT area is preferred Shift: - 6:00a-2:30pm M-F What a typical day looks like: Develops programs for machines on SMT lines, following Engineering guidelines. Interpretation of mechanical and electronic drawings. Creation of process flows and documentation. Supporting different processes / projects. Adjusts programs according to customers' specifications and requirements. Analyzes engineering test results and implements changes to resolve problems. Assists engineers in developing fixtures required for customer products according to their specifications. Collects data, analyzes results and implements procedures. Reviews project instructions and blueprints to test specifications, procedures, objectives, test equipment, nature of technical problem and possible solutions such as part, redesign, substitution of material or parts or rearrangement of parts or subassemblies. Analyzes indicated and calculated test results in relation to design or rated specifications and test objectives and modifies or adjusts equipment to meet specifications. Maintains software, documentation and equipment to the latest revision or operational specifications. Trains other technicians and operators on products, processes, and equipment. Contributes to and improves techniques/ concepts. Assists in developing goals/targets of line or department. Requires little to no instruction or supervision. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Experience with SMT machines programming, troubleshooting and technical support. Familiar with creation of process flows and documentation. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electronic drawings. Computer skills, using Microsoft software (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) at a minimum. Job Summary

We invite you to join our team as a Process Engineering Technician if you have a passion for automation in product development.

In this role, you will gain valuable experience in programming, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for SMT machines.

A minimum of one year of related experience in the SMT area is preferred

Shift: - 6:00a-2:30pm M-F

What a typical day looks like:

  • Develops programs for machines on SMT lines, following Engineering guidelines.
  • Interpretation of mechanical and electronic drawings.
  • Creation of process flows and documentation.
  • Supporting different processes / projects.
  • Adjusts programs according to customers' specifications and requirements.
  • Analyzes engineering test results and implements changes to resolve problems.
  • Assists engineers in developing fixtures required for customer products according to their specifications.
  • Collects data, analyzes results and implements procedures.
  • Reviews project instructions and blueprints to test specifications, procedures, objectives, test equipment, nature of technical

problem and possible solutions such as part, redesign, substitution of material or parts or rearrangement of parts or

subassemblies.

  • Analyzes indicated and calculated test results in relation to design or rated specifications and test objectives and modifies or

adjusts equipment to meet specifications.

  • Maintains software, documentation and equipment to the latest revision or operational specifications.
  • Trains other technicians and operators on products, processes, and equipment.
  • Contributes to and improves techniques/ concepts.
  • Assists in developing goals/targets of line or department.
  • Requires little to no instruction or supervision.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Experience with SMT machines programming, troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Familiar with creation of process flows and documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electronic drawings.
  • Computer skills, using Microsoft software (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) at a minimum.
