While primarily focused on coaching and professional development, the position also involves hands-on involvement in multiple construction projects, requiring adaptability to changing project demands and schedules. Regular site visits will expose the incumbent to typical construction conditions, including dust, fumes, odors, dampness, high noise levels, varying outdoor weather conditions, and adherence to safety protocols. The position may require standing or sitting for extended periods, lifting and carrying materials or equipment up to 25 pounds, and performing inspections in varying weather conditions. While much of the coaching and project planning work is conducted in an office setting, the ability to move safely and efficiently on construction sites is essential to effectively support project teams and fulfill dual responsibilities.

This is a full-time non-union position. The scheduled hours are typically 40 to 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but may be extended as required to execute the tasks assigned.
