Highlighted Duties

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
• Drive new product introduction (NPI) from concept through production launch
• Ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and reliable
• Support production through hands-on problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, and sales
• Lead engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) and continuous improvement efforts

Highlighted Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering
• 2+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Strong NPI and production ramp up experience
• Expertise in root cause problem-solving
• Experience with DFMA, DFMEA/PFMEA, and engineering change processes
