• 2–4 years of experience as an Engineering Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or similar role
• Strong equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance experience
• Ability to diagnose issues independently and document work accurately
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience installing, assembling, repairing, and maintaining production equipment
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and minimizing equipment downtime
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing and cleanroom environment
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, climb ladders, and perform hands‑on technical work

Nice to Have / Preferred Skills

• Medical device or packaging industry experience
• Cleanroom or controlled environment experience
• Experience with IQ, OQ, PQ (installation, operational, and process qualifications)
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA‑regulated environments
• Exposure to sterile barrier packaging, thermoforming, or sealing processes
• Experience with molding processes (silicone, injection, transfer molding)
• CAD or engineering drafting experience
• Experience creating work instructions, drawings, and technical documentation

Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in an engineering, test, or manufacturing technician role
• Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them to manufacturing processes
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment while maintaining detailed service records
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities
• Support validation testing, first article inspections, and documentation efforts
• Assist with design documentation, work instructions, and drawing creation
• Support manufacturing operations to meet quality, cost, and production targets
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing
• Maintain tooling, spare parts, and equipment readiness
