Position Summary:

The Sales Engineering Drafter position is responsible for creating precise system layouts, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and stack-ups in 2D and 3D for pneumatic conveying systems, primarily within the food, health, and nutrition sectors. This role requires advanced CAD skills, a strong understanding of flow dynamics and system components, and the ability to interpret engineering specifications to produce detailed technical drawings and documentation.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Quickly interpret engineering specifications and translate them into detailed CAD drawings for pneumatic conveying systems, piping, valves, and filtration units.
  • Utilize advanced CAD software such as AutoCAD and Inventor to create precise layouts, process flow diagrams, and system stack-ups.
  • Create and update block diagrams based on released engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in technical reviews and conduct quality checks of technical documentation and drawings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop system layouts and ensure design specifications are met.
  • Support engineering and design teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements, quality standards, and industry regulations.
