Description: The Project Engineering Associate Director at Lebanon API Manufacturing provides leadership and direction to the Project Engineering team within the site engineering organization. The position works with the Site Leadership Team, the Manufacturing Plants (Small Molecule and Peptides) leadership to develop local capital projects for new installations and capabilities as well as recapitalization projects to meet production goals and the business agenda. In the project delivery phase and startup phase of the project (startup expected 2025 to 2027), leadership roles will be fluid and dynamic as we endeavor to support and deliver the new project delivery, build a new organization, develop and implement the necessary systems and business processes required to support GMP operations, and build the site culture. In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110

Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location (or 35-mile radius for Boston.) #LI-Hybrid
