  • Analysis of design using engineering analysis tools and techniques (CREO, Finite Element Analysis, etc.)

  • Review of instruction manuals and product literature

  • Troubleshooting product problems in manufacturing, lab or field

  • Conduct tests and analysis results

  • Product development considerations such as product cost, project schedules, customer considerations in product design

What You Will Bring to Graco

  • Pursuing BS degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as an effective team member

  • Mechanical aptitude and desire for hands on work

Accelerators

  • CAD software experience such as Solid Works, Creo, etc.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
