In this role, you will provide leadership to internal and external development teams and cross-functional engineering teams that develop leading edge Healthcare Integrated Circuits (ICs) and modules, such as power management, healthcare sensors and medical imaging products. As the Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering these products to market in scope, on schedule, and within budget targets. Job Duties Develops project schedule, tracks deliverables, and holds cross functional team accountable for project execution on new product development projects. Manages multiple projects throughout the development phases, including planning, execution, design iterations, and release to manufacturing. Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be desirable. Analog Devices is seeking a talented Engineering Project Manager for their Healthcare PMO. In this role, you will provide leadership to internal and external development teams and cross-functional engineering teams that develop leading edge Healthcare Integrated Circuits (ICs) and modules, such as power management, healthcare sensors and medical imaging products. As the Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering these products to market in scope, on schedule, and within budget targets.

Job Duties

  • Develops project schedule, tracks deliverables, and holds cross functional team accountable for project execution on new product development projects.
  • Manages multiple projects throughout the development phases, including planning, execution, design iterations, and release to manufacturing.
  • Accountable for owning and maintaining project budgets, including planning and tracking resource investment, wafer costs, test hardware costs, etc.
  • Manages risks, escalations, and delays to projects and communicates effectively to stakeholders.
  • Establishes project management best practices within the Digital Healthcare design and development teams.
  • Creates positive working relationships with others, fosters teamwork and bridges differences to achieve the program goals.
  • Utilizes influential leadership skills to lead focused discussions and resolve complex problems. Using your knowledge, communication skills and credibility to offer new perspectives to the team.
  • Executes lesson learned reviews during and at the end of projects and applies those learnings to future projects. Identifies common struggles and collaborates with project teams and other project managers to identify improvements.
  • Collaborates with marketing, design, and product definition teams to develop roadmap for future projects.

Minimum skills required

  • Proficiency using Project Management Tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Effective and efficient communication skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
  • Proven leadership skills

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relative experience within engineering with at least 3 of those years in a Project or Program Management role.
  • Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be desirable.
  • Candidates with a proven track record in working with integrated circuits will be highly regarded.
