Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $100k-$145k (depending on experience) Work Location: Fully onsite. Essential Functions: Candidate will be required to support the Small Weapon UAS team in managing events. This support includes risk identification and management, safety, communications, mission/event planning, and organization. Requirements Required: Candidate must have experience with risk mitigation, safety, and proven organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communications are required. Experience leading technical teams is also required. Minimum of 15 years of relevant technical experience. Education: High School / GED required. Degree preferred but not required. Any relevant certifications are also desired. Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance.
