We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Development Manager to for Blue Origin's Supply Chain team. This leader will manage a team of skilled software developers and drive them to execute an ambitious roadmap. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, outstanding leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in aerospace. The position is a part of the Supply Chain organization, where we develop the digital infrastructure required to build the road to space and advance Blue Origin's mission. Experience in distributed backend systems and cloud-based environments, such as AWS. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams. Roles and Responsibilities Department Management (50%) - Provide leadership, oversight, coordination and execution of department operations and administrative functions.
