AS9100/ISO SPECIFIC DUTIES Be familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives. Understand required AS9100/ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions. Participate in Atec Improvement Machine (AIM) as appropriate. Participate in AS9100/ISO training as required. Cooperate with Auditors. Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience. Experience with mechanical, thermal, fluid, and systems analysis preferred. Experience with computer programs including Finite Element Analysis; Computer Aided Drafting; Spreadsheets; Project Management; Data Base; Presentation Graphics; and Word Processing preferred. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must qualify for all other job descriptions calling for security clearance. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee will be expected to meet the demands of frequent, lengthy air travel as well as the demands of the normal day-to-day operation which may demand long periods of standing, walking, and sitting. About the Role: The Ground System Deployments team is looking for an innovative, collaborative and self-driven Deployment Engineer to join the team to ensure the successful deployment of Ziplines Ground Systems in all possible applications by designing and deploying SCADA and auxiliary components to support our projects - RTK navigation systems, remote monitoring camera systems, high availability and low cost data and networking solutions, automated response systems, automated site camera systems and other such technologies. This role is well suited to engineers with broad, solid fundamentals and a design background looking to step into a systems / projects / implementation role where they will be able to use their design skills to tackle first-of-kind problems with the Ground Systems products and infrastructure. WHAT YOU'LL DO Design from concept to implementation the various SCADA and auxiliary systems for deployment as part of Ziplines Ground System Infrastructure including Data and Networking systems, RTK and localization systems, site level camera systems. Develop and implement solutions to problems/projects/applications of Ziplines Ground system infrastructure and associated systems. Understand our internal and external customer's business and needs and work with our internal engineering and business teams to refine and roadmap necessary changes to ensure the successful deployment of the Ground Systems infrastructure. Work with our New Deployments, Customer Success and Ground Systems Engineering teams from 0-1 across parallel projects and initiatives. Source and develop relationships with outside organizations (local jurisdiction, utilities, contractors, etc). Evaluate all options and a lean budget, select best vendors to ensure reliable and quality services and products. Understand and mitigate the preconstruction, construction, operational and sustaining risks associated with each project. Interact directly with internal and external partners and stakeholders as needed. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of experience. The individual should have an Engineering background (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Others). The individual should have experience (4yrs+) in working as/within a role that covers: SCADA and networking systems are a strong preference. Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management or applicable areas. Experience with automated logistics, UAV aviation, EVSE Charging, Renewable Energy and Battery Energy Storage Systems, SCADA systems, Industrial networking systems, Telecommunication systems, Audio Visual Communication Systems or equivalent industries a plus. Systems engineering and system architecture. Strong candidates should have excellent communications skills to: Drive internal alignment of requirements for projects based on business needs. Provide leadership team with updates on scope, schedule and budgets. Drive external parties for the implementation of real estate projects. Job Description

SUMMARY

Supervise Mechanical Engineering and Documentation Control departments in related activities.

Responsible for documentation control accuracy, security, and maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide engineering support for manufacture, inspection, and test of goods and services produced.

Ensure adequate staffing for engineering activities.

Provide leadership and engineering support for product/service development.

Provide customer communication related to engineering activities.

Duties and responsibilities of Mechanical and Senior Mechanical Engineer.

Direct and oversee a system for configuration and documentation control in concert with customer and

ISO requirements.

Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work

environment.

Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization

(AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational oversight of mechanical engineering, design, and drafting activities.

Carryout supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policy and applicable statutory

regulations.

Interviewing, hiring, and training of mechanical engineering or document control; planning, assigning, and

directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and

resolving problems.

AS9100/ISO SPECIFIC DUTIES

Be familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives.

Understand required AS9100/ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions.

Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions.

Participate in Atec Improvement Machine (AIM) as appropriate.

Participate in AS9100/ISO training as required.

Cooperate with Auditors.

Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience

and/or training; or combination of education and experience.

Experience with mechanical, thermal, fluid, and systems analysis preferred.

Experience with computer programs including Finite Element Analysis; Computer Aided Drafting;

Spreadsheets; Project Management; Data Base; Presentation Graphics; and Word Processing preferred.

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must qualify for all other job descriptions calling for security clearance.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee will be expected to meet the demands of frequent, lengthy air travel as well as the demands of

the normal day-to-day operation which may demand long periods of standing, walking, and sitting.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employee will be exposed to the normal risks of travel, occasional moving mechanical parts, high and/or

precarious places, outside weather conditions, and politically hostile travel conditions

Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Extended work hours and/or travel may occasionally be required.
