Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, FSAs, life/disability coverage Strong PTO 401(k) with up to 4% match & retirement planning Employee Assistance Program (24/7 support) Global Exposure: Influence training across international sites Purpose-Driven: Join a company fostering innovation and responsible teamwork Hands-On Impact: Develop competencies that drive product quality and manufacturing excellence Job Details Responsibilities Design and manage a comprehensive training framework: onboarding, safety, compliance, job-specific, and cross-training Develop and conduct hands-on training for machine operators, setup technicians, and maintenance staff in CNC machining, injection molding, and quality inspection Create and maintain training matrices, competency assessments, work instructions, and evaluations Standardize training content across departments to maintain alignment with corporate goals Conduct skill gap analysis and deliver targeted development plans Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure training is technically accurate and operationally relevant Facilitate "train-the-trainer" sessions and coordinate external certifications Track training activities and maintain audit-ready records via LMS or equivalent systems Requirements Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent technical experience 5+ years of hands-on engineering or technical instruction experience in a manufacturing environment Practical knowledge of metals and plastics processes, including CNC machining, molding, and inspection Training curriculum development experience using instructional design models (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Proficient with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office Ability to travel occasionally for training or development Flexible schedule to support production operations Nice to Haves Certifications such as SME, NIMS, Six Sigma Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience with SolidWorks or technical drawing tools Background in rope systems, hydraulics, or e-mobility technologies Interested in hearing more?
