What You’ll Do:

EVstudio is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to anchor our Boise or Colorado Springs team. This is a high-impact role for a licensed engineer who’s ready to take ownership of technical excellence, grow a Boise-based team, and collaborate across disciplines within a dynamic and integrated design firm. As the senior-most MEP professional in our Boise office, you’ll be shaping project delivery, guiding junior staff, and collaborating closely with our architecture, civil, and structural teams.

• Lead MEP design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use projects

• Serve as the technical lead on MEP systems designs

• Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents

• Mentor and supervise structural EITs and junior engineers

• Coordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery

• Contribute to QA/QC processes and the development of internal design standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Architectural Engineering

• PE license required (Idaho or ability to obtain quickly)

• 7+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong design portfolio

• Proficiency in MEP design software, primarily Revit

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Commitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfaction

What We Offer:

We are targeting a base salary of $110,000 to $150,000, but this is determined by several factors, including education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area.
