Job Description The Sheet Metal Fabricator is responsible for the precise cutting, bending, and assembling of sheet metal components to create parts and assemblies for aerospace applications. This role requires a high level of skill in using various fabrication tools and techniques to ensure the production of high-quality, reliable components. Key responsibilities include fabrication of sheet metal using tools such as brakes, shears, and forming machines; assembly of fabricated parts into completed assemblies following detailed blueprints and specifications; inspection of finished products for quality and adherence to specifications, making necessary adjustments; maintenance and cleaning of fabrication tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance; and recording of fabrication processes and any deviations from standard procedures. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical certification in sheet metal fabrication being a plus, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, preferably in an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery, ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, and a strong understanding of materials and their properties are essential. Attention to detail, precision, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial soft skills. As a Platform Observability Engineering Manager, you will lead a team that builds and manages a complex set of capabilities in support of our emerging cloud observability product, logging and analytics platform, data engineering and routing functions. Southern California Base Salary Range: $173,211-$277,138

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $142,394-$227,830

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
