Intake, process and manage engineering as-builts Process and manage ROW permitting applications for several jurisdictions Intake, approve and process customer applications Investigate Alden One and WAMS for pole replacement work orders and transfer statuses related to the Double Pole project. Manage Master Pole Attachment Agreements and maintain Certificates of Insurance for over 150 Wireline customers. Compile and generate billing reports for accounting, who subsequently issues invoices to Joint Use customers. Collaborate with Cost Accounting and P&CM to accurately assign invoices to billable work orders. Issue permits for Joint Use and Wood Pole Design Team, ensuring they are officially authorized and compliant with regulations. Conduct thorough research and take necessary actions to address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
