Overview Triumph is actively seeking a Summer 2026 Test Engineering Intern to support a range of technical responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing production environment. The intern position will aid in the engineering teams' goals which will include be a variety of technical and problem-solving tasks. The internship provides a college-level student with practical experience related to their major that will enhance and complement classroom learning. Responsibilities Assist with testing for qualification and Acceptance Test Procedures Assist with writing test plans, procedures, and reports Assist with design and the build of test stands Assist with test stand maintenance and maintenance records Assist with Testing procedures such as install, removal and operation Qualifications Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. Work effectively in a team environment and maintain flexibility. In the role of Senior Project Manager - Engineering, we'll count on you to:

  • Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out)
  • Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff
  • Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
  • Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
  • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders
  • Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule
  • Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule
  • Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
  • Implement QA/QC procedures
  • Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree

  • PMP certification

  • Experience Managing projects for Federal Clients.

  • Strong track record of excellent client service and receiving strong CPARS ratings.

  • Experienced in the development and management of diverse teams

  • Willingness to travel including overnight trips

  • Commitment to HDR's core values of quality work and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

  • 10 years related experience

  • A minimum 5 years project management experience

  • Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.

  • MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience would be plus)

  • Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills

  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
