Demonstrated experience in managing quality metrics such as AQL, yield analysis, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Experience partnering with external suppliers and contract manufacturers to manage in-line quality and production readiness. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant engineering or technical field. Experience in a hybrid production environment (e.g., combining commercial/high-rate manufacturing practices with aerospace/high-reliability standards). Direct experience with LEO satellite systems, or complex regulated hardware (e.g., automotive, medical devices, defense). Certification in relevant quality disciplines (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt). Strong understanding of space system qualification and acceptance testing principles (e.g., protoflight testing) and the ability to tailor them for a rate production environment.
