What you will do:

  • Lead deployment of HYPull Materials, including systems, processes, technologies, and best practices that will lead to continuous improvement within the material handling realm to meet future business needs. Execute HYPull Materials principles within the facility.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Industrial Engineering and Kanban team, including direct and indirect reports for performance management, associate relations, and associate development.
  • Ensure the team provides support and defines the requirements to the New Product Introduction (NPI) team.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support for existing materials processes, including kitting, sequencing, part presentation, etc.
  • Develop, distribute, and own metrics supporting the Materials Engineering activities. Assist with the facilitation and maintenance of the Internal Developed Automation (IDA) within the facility.
  • Lead and manage materials projects, maintaining budget, schedules, and overall end goal KPIs.
  • Collaborate and work with other HYMH facilities to share best practices along with alignment on standards.
  • Meet business goals in continuous improvement activities, including cost savings.
  • Effectively integrate new processes into the manufacturing operations.
